Hi there! This appears to be a gollum jade not a flapjacks! Changing this may help you get better suggestions for watering etc… if the plant hasn’t been repotted in a while I would repot in succulent/cactus soil, with a pot that has drainage holes, water the soil after repotting and only when dry dry, then give it as much light as possible or a grow light.
