Monstera deliciosa droopy and limp!! Advice??

my monstera deliciosa is has been very sad and droopy over the last month and a halfish. i’ve noticed the leaves don’t hold their own shape any more and have been very limp. my biggest concern is ¿¿why are the leaves SO limp???
- i highly doubt it is a watering issue (well draining soil that dries out between waterings and normally perks back up in a day) i have inspected very thoroughly and see no signs of pests and regularly wipe down the leaves. i have had this plant for almost 2 years now.
-i DO however think it may be a combination of light and repotting stress but i’m not entirely sure. (or how long before it regulates)

(LIGHTING)
since 12/04/22-04/01/23 it has been in a north facing window. i noticed the leaves were increasingly getting smaller and smaller and starting to droop maybe mid feb-early march. on 4/01 i started using a grow light to supplement all my plants and keep the monstera about 30-36in back. (all my other plants are thriving 24-28in from the light) since under the grow light it has been watered/fertilized and perked back up a LITTLE but about a week after watering it’s dropping and curling it’s leaves more. there are no signs of sunburn.

(REPOT)
i had to repot between 02/28-03/08 because soil was very hydrophobic after aerating soil and dunking and roots were coming out of drainage holes. it seemed urgent even though it was so early in the year. it’s in well draining soil and i did my best to get all the dirt off without disturbing the roots. the roots were in perfect condition (white/yellow/firm) i restaked each plant (6) a little better with this repot. it already looked stressed and now it has started looking worse two weeks after the repot and before a grow light.

if anyone has any questions please feel free to ask me! i’m trying to do all i can to nurture her back to health so all the help is appreciated!
Do you mean 6 plants in the same pot?
@Tropicalgia yes, they’re all very young but this is how i purchased them
Just wondering because I have a pot of monstera siltepicana cuttings that seem to be too crowded. It's also how they came to me. They started looking bad and soon after I moved them into a bigger pot, the roots came out the drainage hole and they started to decline again. I'm thinking I'll need to separate them.
@Tropicalgia yeah that’s a worry i have too. at this point though i don’t want to stress my monstera any further due to all its current ✨issues✨
I went ahead and separated mine. There were 11 of them! I don't like dividing plants just for the sake of it, but I figured even if some don't make it, the rest will be better off.
