Yes! Your begonia is definitely please with the care you have provided so that's rad!
I, personally, snip off any and every bloom I see pop up. Maybe it's just me, maybe I'm crazy, or maybe it's mableline, but mine will be full and luscious and just be amazing and the minute it gets 1 full bloom out *BOOM* It starts looking like crap and all scraggly and barely and what not since all the energy goes towards to bastardly blooms. I also don't fertilize like most people do either... (I use tea/cinnamon water) so that could be why mine end up looking so sickly once they begin to bloom. Regardless congrats! Your plant is communicating its content-ness of your care
