Ideas on what to do thanks! Seems like its starting from bottom and going up I did get alot of rain past couple weeks and turned off water for 3 days after. Now I water for about 27 mins everyday from 3, 1gph drip emitters.

Looks like a fungal infection called leaf spot, which may be because it’s getting too much water and there was a lot of brain you said. I would treat it with a fungicide. Vitex is a pretty hardy plant but does not like wet roots.
