Hi @Selvadestef when you inherited him was his soil very dry? Usually they wrinkle due to insufficient water. People see cactus and think desert 🏜️ but these guys are rainforest succulents. And typically after watering an underwatered holiday cactus, they bounce back after a few days. But if it was wet or soggy then it’s getting too much water. I suspect that’s the case because the leaves look a little translucent plus it’s in a pot with no drainage. As @ZestyWhiteghost @Charli3Plant have already suggested repot in a smaller pot with holes 🕳️ using succulent soil mix. I don’t think it needs cactus mix - that can be too rocky/chunky for a rainforest plant. If you’re really attached to this plant to play it safe you might want to take a segment of 2-3 leaves and try propagating just in case roots are rotted. Gently twist the segment off, let it callous over for a day or 2 and then place it an inch deep in a small amount of succulent soil. Keep it lightly watered in bright light but not any direct sun. To help keep humidity up you can place it in a plastic bag. If you’re not that attached then I’d just repot it, see what happens and get a nice new healthy one if this one doesn’t pull through. 🪴
@MariansOasis thanks for this detailed and helpful answer! I repotted the plant in a smaller pot with drainage (though I did use succulent soil). Been keeping it in bright indirect light and already looking better :)
@Selvadestef yay!!! I’m so happy for you and your 🪴!!
