Black spots on my cactus
I’ve been nursing this #HedgeCactus back from the dead and it’s been thriving… but today I noticed several black spots on it. Overall it seems fine and healthy. Is this something I need to be concerned about?

Could be fungal or bacterial issue. Usually from overwatering or high humidity. I’m no expert on cactus issues so I’m tagging 🏷️ some folks who have more experience. @RefinedSandwort @stephonicle @DreamMachine @AwesomePlants
@MariansOasis thanks for the tag Marian! 🥰 @bpcourtney those definitely look like rot, and the white substance on top of the black spots is probably either mold or powdery mildew (edema spots are usually raised, almost blister looking spots, which these don't appear to be).
Looking at the info on your plant card, a few things jump out at me that could potentially cause your cactus to develop rot, but first let me clarify...your plant card & its photo show it in a plastic pot, but your post photo looks like it's in a glazed clay pot. Also, the plant card says it's in an east-facing window but also says it's under a grow light.
