Is it normal for a Pink Quill Plant to turn green?

My Pink quill plant was a vibrant pink color when I got it, but only a week or so after I got it it turned green. It still appears to be very healthy it’s just changing colors. Is this normal? Is there anything I need to do to help it? #HappyPlants #PinkQuill

Hey Hannah πŸ‘‹ as far as I'm aware this is a totally normal part of the lifecycle and inducates that a) she's about to have pups! And b) sadly that the mother plant is beating the end of her lifecycle and will die back.

The bright pink quill only stays that way for a short period, then gradually fades to a yellowish green... Around this time you should start to see pups around her base, which you can leave or propagate separately. Eventually the mother plant will die back and you can cut her away at the base and let the babies take over πŸ₯ΉπŸ’š xx
@JenniB81 Thank you so much for the help! I have been seeing some baby’s sprouting up around the base. πŸ’š
