I think your best bet is to take it out of it’s pot and cut off the part that’s rotting with sterilized scissors. If you find any mushy roots, you should also cut those off. Dip the cut part of your plant in cinnamon to prevent any pathogens from getting into the cut. Make sure to re-pot into fresh, well draining soil and a clean pot with drainage. Hope this helps! 🪴😊
