Syngonium (Arrowhead plant) leaves usually emerge one by one from a single, fast-growing vine rather than in tight, simultaneous clusters. When multiple leaves appear to be unfolding at once, it is likely that several growth points are active on the same plant, or it is pushing out new growth rapidly in succession. Your plant is healthy if it’s pumping out all those leaves and it actually looks like 4 new shoots not 3!! Congrats!!!
