Philo Heartleaf - Yellowing Leaves

Please can someone help, I have had this plant for a few years.
And no issues with it, but now some of the leaves are turning yellow. I normally water the plants every Friday.
Is it due to under watering or over watering?
7ft to light, indirect
2โ€ pot with drainage
Last watered 1 month ago
Don't water on any type of set schedule. Let the soil tell you when it needs to be watered. These guys like to almost completely dry out between waterings, so if you're blindly watering every Friday without first checking to see what the soil feels like, there's a good chance you've been overwatering. I also noticed your plant card says it's 20+ feet from the nearest window, is that correct? Although they prefer indirect light, they should really be no more than 3 feet from a window. Insufficient light can also contribute to overwatering because light helps the soil dry out faster.
@stephonicle thanks so much.
Very helpful. I'll not water as regularly and wait for it to try out a bit more.
Im new to Gregg. Its 2m away from the windows not 20+ feet.
