I’ve lived in Texas all my life, and I have never been lucky with tulips. First of all, I think they need to freeze in the winter. I remember digging up the bulbs and sticking them in the refrigerator. But the next problem is all the little underground critters that love to eat the bulbs. So I just enjoy the flowers while they’re there and move on. I advise to read up on it and see what you think you can do. You just may be more lucky than I am.
