Honestly, just leave it be for a while and give it a chance to adjust (and of course put it somewhere out of reach from your dogs lol). Getting knocked over and uprooted causes stress, but so does repotting. Only water when the top few inches of soil dry out. While they prefer indirect light, 15 feet seems a bit too far away from a window. If you can, move it closer to a bright window just out of reach from direct sun.
I think it will be ok. I love the wood skewers! Great idea!
