I’ can’t answer that question, but I can say a few of bear paw succulents have the pink fly away too

Sometimes when something is going on down inside the medium with the roots of the plant a succulent will throw these roots kinda like a survival method… may want to get a bigger pot and repot it. Mine do it from time to time but honestly this is like wow !!!

It's looking for more moisture and stability :> perhaps give it a humidifier or group with other plants to raise the humidity if it is dry.
