Black leaves indicate overwatering. This could be from before you brought it home.

Thanks for your response ☺️ I actually went back to nursery , where
I purchased it. Their advice was to spray it with neem oil. I'm going to change the soil and pot.🤔
It's such a beautiful plant, I hate to lose it .😔

Don’t put it in direct sunlight after you spray.
