Philodendron micans variegated

I have bought a few cuttings, but most seem to be reverting. They have a grow light and in a warmer humid room. Why do they keep reverting???
The most common cause of variegation loss is not having strong enough light. Your grow lights may be enough to keep them alive, but not enough to keep the variegation going long term.
It might get be your grow light. If it doesn’t get the right amount of light from your grow light it will revert. They are picky with that and since there is a huge range of grow light available it may be that.

I would try moving it closer to the grow lights. Ideally you want it around 12 inches from the top of your plant. If that doesn’t work you can slowly move the light closer until you find your plants sweet spot which may be 6 inches depending on the strength of your grow lights.
