Hi!! Without more information, the most I can say is that it's most likely from not enough light and/or not enough water. Vfts need 6-8hrs of direct sunlight or around 14hrs under a growlight. They also need to always be sitting in a little bit of water, never ever let them dry out. Make sure you're using distilled or rainwater and carnivorous plant safe soil. I use a 2:1 mix of peat moss and perlite, but you can also buy pre-made mixes. Make sure that there's no fertilizers what so ever.
If youve got any questions I'm happy to answer them!
Could you provide a picture and some more information, such as how long you’ve had it, how much light it gets, what type of light; direct or artificial, what type of water you use, what type of soil/moss it’s in, etc.
Ohh yes I will in a sec I’m currently out of my house I can soon though.
Ohh my apologies I forgot about say that I was going to add more information, thanks for helping anyway despite my forgetfulness :))
