If there is no green healthy branches on it… it’s dead. Years ago I had many bonsai tree. And grew many different tree species. When a conifer looks like that, with no green. It’s gone. And won’t come back. It’s say that it has no drainage. Drainage is absolutely critical for bonsai trees, as well as porous, well draining bonsai soil. My guess it died of root rot. Sorry
