Usually (at least for me), when my arrowheads are really thirsty, watering makes them perk up IF they drooped.
I think youβre possibly getting yourself into a overwatering/underwatering cycle. You think the plant has been getting too much water, so then you underwater it. I would say both are equally detrimental.
However, in your photos the soil does look dry. Is it possibly hydrophobic? Sometimes if you wait a while between watering, the soil can get dry enough where when you DO water it- the water runs around the root ball instead of going through it. If the soil is hydrophobic, you can bottom water it. Keep it sitting in a plate of water for 15-20 minutes. And then try to create a good watering schedule, making sure to water after the top 2 inches are dry.
Another thing, your plant listing says itβs in 2β pot WITHOUT drainage holes. Is that true? If thatβs the case, your plant is drowning and needs to be moved to a pot with drainage.
Syngoniums like an airy chunky mix but not extremely chunky. The water should drain relatively fast out of the pot. Maybe 1-5 seconds the water should start draining.
You can also remove the plant from the pot to check the roots to make sure there is no root rot or damage. If the roots are white/cream/tan they are healthy- dark brown or black or anything mushy is root rot.
Lastly, Syngoniums like humidity. They are adaptable but I would aim 50-70%. I keep mine 70-80%.

@Bmd please share more about humidity. I have a peacock plant that I love like a nephew. I recently learned he wants humidity but I donβt know how to go about that. Iβm going to put a tray of pebbles under him (presumably the water will evaporate off the stones) and I ordered a humidity gauge but what else can I do? Someone suggested a humidifier but I donβt know how that works. Do I let my whole dining room get misty?

A humidity gage is a great start. This will allow you to get the actual reading of your rooms relative humidity. Relative humidity is how full the air is with water vapor compared with what could be the maximum it can hold at that amount.
Unfortunately, pebble trays are not that efficient- and thatβs because you wouldnβt be raising the ROOMS relative humidity, youβd only be slightly raising the humidity in the area of the pebble tray. Thatβs why a humidifier is the perfect tool for you.
Humidifiers do shoot out maybe a small amount of mist from where it releases moisture. But it will not turn your room into a misty abyss (lol). What the humidifier is actually doing, is releasing a small amount of moisture into the air which then raises the entire rooms relative humidity. I believe youβre talking about your plant that has big oval polka dots? Thatβs a calathea rattlesnake plant. And they are native to the jungle in Brazil. Where itβs extremely humid and warm.
An average house could be anywhere from 40-60% humidity in the summer. These plants CAN survive with lower humidity. But giving them the humidity of their natural environment will make them THRIVE not just survive.

@PoeticPukatea87 and that natural environment, is somewhere from 70-90+% humidity. Obviously you canβt keep your home at that high of humidity, it will likely lead to mold and various other issues. But you can certainly fluctuate.
You can also group multiple plants together in the same spot to raise humidity, also if they are by a window- just open the window when itβs really humid outside for a little. They will love that short lived boost.
For example, my houseplants sit in my relative humidity of about 45-60%. But occasionally Iβll run the humidifier, and or open the window for a couple hours after rain. Now the room is at 70-80%. And the. If course, bring it back down.
