Hi Michael- a few questions….how long have you had it, is it still in nursery pot, have you checked the roots for the rubber band most nurseries put on roots, what part of the plant are the leaves turning? Your plant id says it’s in pot with no drainage- if so- I suggest you repot to pot with drainage. Money trees are very susceptible to root rot- they do not like wet feet. Also ..I water mine with filtered water because mine don’t like my tap water.
