For the past few weeks my #falsechristmascactus has been ...
0ft to light, direct
3β pot with drainage
Last watered 2 weeks ago
@Succulent_Soul she was in full sun when she started dropping leaves. I moved her thinking that was the problem, but she was still dropping leaves. I thought she was being over watered, but she was bone dry and her leaves kinda soft and translucent.
They don't like sunlight very much mines leafs got sunburn in the sun it would be smart to keep indoors @WarrantedMelon
@WarrantedMelon how long ago did you move it from the direct sunlight?
@Kittylover1612 she is an indoor plant, but sits in a window with my succulents that get a few hrs of full morning sun.
@Succulent_Soul a few weeks ago. Moved it back yesterday after switching out the soil... I've had her since she was an Itty bitty plantlett. I enjoy watching her put out new leaves and getting bigger. Don't wanna loose her.
@WarrantedMelon sometimes when plants are repotted they drop some leaves as they adjust to their new pot. She probably just needs time. Try not to change anything else to cause more stress.
I'm not sure if it's because I ignore and don't water for awhile but then comes back with more arms, but I have a question for you. Does your false Christmas cactus ever bloom or is that why it's called false? I've never had one like this and had no idea they existed until I got Greg. π€π€·π»ββοΈ
