Hi Mackenzie! Looking at your plant id it says it’s in direct sunlight- if true- she needs bright indirect light. Direct sun can scorch/bleach the leaves. If next to a window, maybe pull it back out of direct sun, or a sheer curtain would work too. You may also be overwatering. It says it’s in a 3-4 inch pot with regular soil? For all of my Philodendrons I mix- 50% Quality Potting Soil as it provides a baseline of nutrients and moisture retention. 20% Perlite or Pumice as it creates vital air pockets and ensures rapid drainage. 20% Orchid Bark as it adds chunky texture to mimic the tree bark they climb in the wild. And I add about 10% Peat Moss or Coco Coir as it holds onto just enough moisture without getting soggy. Also- I would love to see a photo of the plant without the wicker to see if that pots too small. It may need a repot, especially if it’s in the pot you bought it in.
