I don’t have one of these but… I’m gonna guess the problem is your Terra cotta pot — especially if it’s been in there for a while. It attracts clay minerals (basically leaching stuff like calcium and magnesium from the soil) and it can slowly alkalize your soil to a pH where it can no longer absorb certain nutrients.
Try repotting it (with fresh soil) either in a new non-terra-cotta pot or in a plastic liner pot that will create a physical buffer between any moist soil and the terra cotta (to stop it from messing with the soil)

@ILoveMyPlants thanks for the tag Deb! @ForemostPilea41 I agree with @smushface that the terracotta pot is likely part of the issue. It also appears your zebrina 'Burgundy' (the one in the hanging planter) is outside, whereas your other zebrina (hard to make out the cultivar from the photo, but likely 'Violet Hill') is indoors, so I'm assuming they get very different amounts of light? Both should be getting at least some direct sun to help maintain their coloring. Also some cultivars of zebrina aren't a fast growing as others, and Burgundy happens to be one of the fastest. If you can share a clearer photo of the first one, I can tell you the exact cultivar and give you more accurate care info ☺️
