There are brown spots on my mom's Chinese Money Plant

My mom got this plant in the mail. And it has brown spots on it I don't know what to do. (It didn't have any brown spots when we first got it) Any advice? #chinesemoneyplant

I have a regular money tree (also got it in the mail) I thought it was dying too, it pretty much shed all the leaves it arrived with and is now THRIVING. Stick with it apparently its because of the plant getting used to a new environment
