I have leaves falling off,what isn't I'm doing wrong?

It looks like your Micans is getting blasted with too much direct sun and might be drying out between waterings.
These guys prefer bright but indirect light - direct sun can scorch them and make leaves drop.
Also, 8 days in a small 4" pot can be a long time, especially if the soil drains fast. Try watering when the top inch feels dry instead of waiting a set number of days.
If you move it a little farther from the window and keep the soil lightly moist (not soggy), you should see new healthy growth pretty quickly.
