Guys any recommendations
My little tree is drying out or not sure what’s happening . I water it when this app tells me too I add plant food and just recently started to look like this I’m new to being a plant mommy HELP ;(

Absolutely dying from water..
First of all these plants in my opinion are a rip off!because most places that sell them cut them tape them in 2-3 spots and then put them in soil so they look to be rooted healthy plants.
Well, you’re really getting is a tree that had the branches cut off of taped up and wrapped into something and you were sold something that never rooted. And the next time you go to water, it just increases the moisture in the soil, which causes the root rot.
& Apparently these things hate water. lol
If it came from Lowe’s hardware store, do yourself a favor carry it back and get your full refund and get something else. It can even be dead. If the stem is somewhat soft at all, and not hard as a rock, it’s rotting.

I killed a 4 foot tall one that had this exact same problem. I killed two other small ones that had this exact same problem. The two that I have now had this exact same problem I repotted it pulled out two of the five braids of each plant and repotted them.

As far as advice, you need to repot that thing immediately I almost guarantee you it is soaking wet because it hardly has any roots if any at all. And if I’m wrong, please fuss me out. I want to be proven wrong with this plant because I think it’s a Chinese steal your money tool. Don’t really respect any nurseries that sell them anymore after I’ve learned my lessons from multiple different stores.
