They look burned and very dry. Were they growing in direct light when you got them?

They were from a nursery and it was indoors. I placed them indoors for about a week prior from purchasing them til the temps outdoors starts to warm but the temps in jersey started to get cold again.

@RJG Yes but i have a grow tent inside my place and had placed it in a grow tent for about a week or maybe more. I waited til it got warmer here in jersey but recently it has gotten colder in most days.
