I just found Meely Bugs on my Swiss Cheese vine leaves.

#Monstera
6” pot with drainage
Last watered 9 hours ago
What should I do to keep them from infecting my other plants? So far, I mixed a teaspoon of dish soap to 1 quart of warm water and 1/4 cup isopropyl alcohol and sprayed its leaves. After 10 min or so I took it to the sink and tilted it and sprayed it off with lukewarm water warm water. I then took Qtips and isopropyl alcohol and spot checked and killed any I could find in the folds and curly newer leaves (I found tons of them in the new leaf folds..yuck!). I washed all of my other plants that are in that same area with warm water and spot checked with the Qtip. Unluckily, I found some on my Lucky Bamboo as well but those were easier to find.
Keep the infested plants isolated away from your other plants until they're mealy bug-free for at least two weeks. Best treatment is spraying down with insecticidal soap (NOT dish soap) every 4-5 days and spot-treating with the q-tips dipped in 70% or higher isopropyl alcohol.
I have Anole lizards will the insecticidal soap harm them?
