Browning

I don't understand what's causing the browning. I've used tap water then distilled, I moved where it is in relation to the window. It's not getting any better or worse. Ideas?

Mine is having the same issue, I can’t figure it out. I put it under my sun lamp thinking maybe it needed more light, I’ve watered it how it should be. Changed the soil and nothing is working. 🙃
