Welcome to Greg, Raechel! What a great plant! I had one for several years and they can grow so wild!!

When they flower, the flowers are so tiny, they look like black dots!!
Looks like a sea anemone on land! Like from Finding Nemo. ๏ฟผ
@AgileDeathcap88 Welcome to the Greg community! Since you didnโ€™t exactly post a question Iโ€™m going to be presumptuous and offer some unsolicited advice. Rattail Crassula (Crassula muscosa) is a low-maintenance succulent that thrives in bright, sunny conditions and well-draining soil. It prefers to be watered sparingly, only when the soil is completely dry, and needs well-draining potting mix. Here's a more detailed guide to Rattail Crassula care:
1. Light:
Rattail Crassula thrives in full sun or bright indirect light.
If growing indoors, place it near a south-facing window or use grow lights.
While it can tolerate some shade, insufficient light can cause the plant to become leggy and lose its compact form.
2. Soil:
Use a well-draining potting mix specifically designed for succulents or a mix of potting soil, coarse sand, and perlite.
Avoid using heavy clay soil, as it can lead to root rot. 3. Watering:
Water only when the soil is completely dry.
During the summer, you may need to water more frequently, potentially once a week, depending on the conditions.
Reduce watering in the winter when the plant is dormant.
Avoid overwatering, as it can lead to root rot.
4. Fertilizing:
Feed your Rattail Crassula monthly during the growing season (spring and summer) with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer.
Reduce or eliminate fertilization during the winter. 5. Temperature and Humidity:
Rattail Crassula prefers temperatures between 68ยฐF (20ยฐC) and 80ยฐF (27ยฐC).
It is relatively tolerant of low humidity.
6. Pruning:
Prune Rattail Crassula in the spring to promote healthy growth and shape.
Use sharp, sterilized tools to make clean cuts.
Prune for symmetry and to encourage airflow.
7. Propagation:
Rattail Crassula can be propagated from cuttings.
Allow the cutting to callous over for a few days before planting in well-draining soil. 8. Pest Control:
Common pests that can infest Rattail Crassula include mealy bugs, thrips, and scale.
Inspect your plant regularly for signs of pests and treat infestations promptly. Hope this helps, Happy Growing!!
