I have had this cactus (Darwin) for just over a year. I water him whenever he gets very dry. He’s still green but is losing his stickers and hasn’t grown at all in the past year. Am I doing something wrong? Please help!

It sounds like you are watering too often. Remember, succulents and cacti store water in their body so you don’t water when the soil is dry.  ￼ And when you do, water very little. ￼

Only water when the soil is completely dry. Give a soak and let it drain. Also make sure the soil doesn't stay moist for long

Heyy there!!!! So I think you are watering to often as cacti and succulents retain water, as Garry said. I don’t have this specific species but usually I let my cacti or succulent tell me when she needs water, usually their colour change a bit and she gets a little weaker. That’s when she needs water. Hope this helps!
