Kalanchoe with darkening stem

I got this plant 1.5 months ago. Soon after I noticed a dark (reddish brown) area on its main stem, and now basically whole stem is that color. Is it something I should worry about? It is blooming fine, has never shed leaves, and doesn't have any significant yellowing to signal a root rot, although the leaves have been rather limp, leathery and wrinkly, especially the bigger, lower ones.

Also I suspect a pest problem, I'm adding a photo of one of the leaves about it, there are more of those dots and they are kinda embedded in the leaves.
This is the first time im looking after plants so I'm not sure what to think:')
Thanks in advance
These plants LOVE to stay dry. If they get too much water, the leaves will go limp.

You MIGHT be dealing with spidermites (they are very hard to see but they love kalenchole plants) but if you see no whispy webbing with dirt particles in it, you're okay.

The stem looks great! It's looks normal to me.

How much light is it getting? They LOVE sunlight. (:
Thank you for your reply (: I got really worried when I read the darkening of the stem could indicate rotting.

On a nearby plant, I found honeydew on leaves and some webs hanging at the bottom of the pot, but I haven't seen any webbing on any of the leaves. I was wondering if it could be scales, considering the spots weren't there before and seem to be increasing on and under the leaves and leaf stems.

I usually water it every 7-10 days, around a cup of water. For sunlight, I am doing my best in London :') Until I "quarantined" my plants yesterday, it was next to an east-facing window, with a growth light at an angle (light is centered for a dwarf lemon tree and kalanchoe is kinda nearby). Now it's behind a west facing window for a couple hours of evening sun. If needed, I also have a spare lamp I can use.
I cannot keep kalanchoe alive to save my life ๐Ÿฅด
