Why is my geraniums getting holes in the leaves?

@PalpableTomato it’s probably bugs eating the leaves. I found a large green grasshopper looking bug on my hibiscus plant. He did quite a bit of damage. I treated the plant with an all natural pesticide made of peppermint oil and sprayed my plant after dark. It’s looking better but the previous damage is done.
it’s most definitely geranium sawfly larvae or geranium budworm. these nasty pests love your geraniums. you can use a natural plant safe pesticide to try to kill them.
