That's the only answer for it I could find on Google, but if it was scales, shouldn't I be able to wipe them off with alcohol on a swab? This stuff does not come off

Don’t think scales, but I’m not sure. How often do you water. How many leaves is it on?

I've only had it about a month and I've watered it 2 times. It's only on 2 or 3 leaves
