That pot looks a little large… maybe try placing it in a smaller pot until it gets bigger.

You can fix a droopy Umbrella Tree by:
(1) Placing it in indirect bright light.
(2) Making sure the soil is moist and airy.
(3) Making sure the pot has drainage holes and it’s unclogged.
(4) Over fertilizing can cause droopy leaves.
(5) IIt maybe suffering from transplant shock. If this is the case, then just give it some time to stabilize.
(6) Only water when the top 2 inches of the soil has dried out.
(7) Your umbrella plant can’t tolerate cold/hot air drafts.
