Is this fungal?

Appeared on my dragon tree this week. I water with distilled water every 7-10 days (I always feel the soil first). Lives in a glazed terracotta pot under a grow light. Leaves are yellowing more frequently than usual. Solutions?

It’s could be getting to much sun, not sure but I don’t think it’s fungal
I’m sorry the leaves on Spikey the Dragon Tree (with a cool name) are drooping, turning yellow due to leaf spot disease; a fungal infection. But, don’t worry, this resilient plant is salvageable.
πŸ’§Not using tap water is wise; Dracaena are sensitive to the chemicals in tap water. But using distilled water every time it’s watered is controversial, because it’s so pure and clean it lacks the essential minerals (like nitrogen, phosphorus & potassium) your plant’s roots absorbs in its water. So, use distilled water in moderation. For more info: https://www.thespruce.com/distilled-water-for-plants-7567273
☝️The finger test for a Dragon tree, is to feel the top 2 inches of the soil. So, dig your finger deep into the soil (all the way down to the 2nd knuckle) to determine if it needs drink. If it feels dry, water it until the water starts dripping out of the drainage hole. To avoid overwatering, never let your plant sit in water that came out of the drainage hole.
▫️A few Solutions:
β€’Use sterilize scissors to trim or remove the damaged areas on the leaves or the yellow leaves.
β€’Spray the leaves with Neem Oil.
β€’Space your plants to increase its air circulation
β€’avoid splashing water on the leaves .
β€’The UV rays from the sun is a natural disinfectant and it will help eliminating the fungus that cause leaf spot.
πŸ™I hope your plant will make a speedy recovery.
