Question for the Greg Admins
There seems to be an issue with my Laelia anceps (named fighting Kate in my oasis). Nothing major, but buggy nonetheless. From the beginning, the fertilizing notifications were slightly off, telling me I needed to identify my plant. Whereas in my oasis and my watering schedule, it appeared correctly (see pics) I already tried re-identifying it and checked if I happened to have a double, nothing changed. Now I wrote a post in which I linked it. Again, it tells me that it's not identified.
It's not really an important or pressing issue, but should you look for bugs to work on in your free time, because you have nothing to do this Sunday: here is a weird one π #gregfeedback

@MusicalRedmint hello Susann! Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. To resolve this, can you please try the following:
Edit your plant details by selecting it from your oasis, select the Laelia anceps as the species again and save.
Force close and reopen the app
Clear the app's cache (Settings > Apps > Greg > Storage > Clear cache)
We hope this resolves the notification and identification discrepancies. If the issue persists, please let us know. Thank you.

@MusicalRedmint Hey Susann; you could email on concierge@greg.app I canβt remember if you are using an android or an apple?
@Seymour thanks. Still Android. I didn't use email because, in this case, I could directly link the plant in question and because it's not a more general problem, and I never had issues with the Greg Team seeing it here. π€·ββοΈ and if it doesn't go through, it's not nearly as important as the other posting issue. Just a glitch I came across and though I could pass on. But thanks for the tip.
@Aikalovesphilos thank you, Erika, as already stated, confirming the ID was among the first things I did, I also cleared the cache in the meantime and force closed it. The problem itself had been there for as long as the plant had been added, so a few weeks now at least.
Just to be sure, I just cleared the cache and confirmed the ID again and the glitch remains.
Again, this really does not bug me all that much, I just thought maybe as a general bug report and oddity it might be of interest to the team.

@MusicalRedmint thanks for confirming again and appreciate you sharing this one. Iβll definitely note this bug so the team can investigate. π
