It looks like it could be sun scald. Did you recently move it into a brighter light location?

It also looks sun scorched to me. If it is on a location where it gets direct light, it should probably be moved somewhere else where it gets indirect light. Hope this helps!

I think it might be sun damage too. Summer sunlight can be pretty intense compared to other times in the year. I try to do a seasonal shuffle with my plants a few times a year.

Thanks all for the quick response, it's not in direct sun. Window is North facing so it's indirect light. Possibly thinking it's damage from travel, bought it at Plantcon.

@HomoSansevieria I hate to say this but it looks like you may have root rot . That’s the exact markings mine got before it died from rot. I also see from your oasis picture of longest spike and then today’s you’ll see one of the lines in spear bottom to top looks black . If you find this to be the issue you’ll want to remove anything black mushy or transparent roots.After that wash the roots and spray with 1 part peroxide 3 parts water to get the good roots back to health. I’d change the soil .
