So my haworthiopsis concolor has grown two more on him and i want to take it off so I can plant them in a different pot. How do I remove them???? And then how do I make sure they don't die once I remove them??

You can cut them apart with sterile scissors or knife. If possible, try to leave roots on each plant and baby. I just repotted mine after separating them. Watch having too much direct light as this plant can burn.
