That's a rabbit's foot fern!!
They grow these fuzzy roots outside of the pot. Best to do is just leave them be, as they are 100% normal.

I started looking into it, they are rhizomes if I read it right. And you can propagate with them apparently. But I would just leave them if I where you. That's what makes the plant!
