Yes she will. All plants will.

Yes she can have fruit. 90% of all plants do. But they're not edible.

Fun fact: Betel Nut chewing was very popular in the tropical Pacific from all the way in 1500BC. The Areca nut would be wrapped along with slaked lime and selected natural flavourings from other herbs, spices or fruit in the leaves of Piper betle, Betel leaves, hence the name. The nut is chewed and spat out. The nut contains red pigment which stains the teeth red permanently after prolonged chewing. The spit can also be red, and is considered unhygienic and unsightly in many places [the red spit can also stain]. The Areca nuts possess a stimulant called arecoline [named after the Areca palm], making it addictive. This same addictive substance however, it can cause oral and esophageal cancers, which can be amplified if chewed with tobacco. It also increases risk of coronary artery disease, fatal stroke and adverse birth effects. With that it is essentially a drug, and is considered a public health emergency, particularly in Southeast Asia and South Asia.
