My first guess would be environmental stressors due to temperature fluctuations. Its that time of the year where temperature is all over the place and gradually getting colder. As they are not very cold tolerant and hate temperature fluxes, I'd consider moving him away from the window and use a full spectrum grow light. They need about 700-800 FC. I have a friend that lives in Minot, and he moves all his plants out of the windows during the cold months due to the harsh winter. Try to avoid areas with drafts. I'd then look at your watering habits. Id water when the top 2-3" of the soil is dry. You want the soil to be moist and not soggy, so I'd make sure to ensure it has really good drainage. They also like their humidity. Id out it next to a humidifer or on a pebble tray. Hope this helps.
Oh, and if all that is checked off look for signs of pests.
