Silver squill gets long, stretched out leaves when it doesn't get enough light over winter. It's a normal response to low indoor light. Putting it outside was the right move. Give it bright shade or morning sun, let the soil dry between waterings, and it'll start growing shorter, firmer leaves again. You can trim the stretched ones if you want, new growth will come in compact.
