Why does my shrimp plant not bloom?

@CoolWineberry hello Myra! Welcome to Greg! Your information card states you have this outside and I also noticed this plant in a container without drainage . If this is true I would advise to change it to one with drainage. But don’t be impatient. 🫠 in time it will produce lovely flowers. Pretty much up until freezing temp. What color did you purchase. They have all sorts!! ❤️❤️🔥 keep us posted! 🙌🏻
