@IdolSalsify72 A Golden Torch cactus does not automatically need repotting just because it has offshoots (pups), but it does benefit from light seasonal fertilizer. Offshoots are a natural sign of healthy growth, and the cactus only needs a bigger pot if its roots are tightly crowded or the soil is old. Have it’s roots filled up the whole pot? I had a cactus outside and it started as one hand shot out a bunch of other ones. They are crowding g the pot and they are still looking very healthy.
