How to get rid of the Nats

#Philodendron
1ft to light, indirect
10” pot with drainage
Last watered 2 days ago
Mosquito bits. You make a tea out of it. Soak them in hot water (not boiling) put them in something as they will rot and smell. Water plants with the tea.
@MagicalFlax27 Bottom watering, helps a lot . I use cinnamon powder and cinnamon sticks. You can also use the sticky traps.
Thank you
@Sarahsmile thank you
BMC microbe lift, it’s a liquid. I use 1/8th tsp per 1 gallon of water. It’s stinky but I prefer it to the bits, I think it’s easier to make. Just shake up the liquid and you’re good to go. Yellow sticky traps will help catch any adults so they’re not trying to reproduce
@MagicalFlax27 death drops from happy happy house plants, neem oil from any hardware store (and can do a root drench), Ceylon cinnamon (this is real cinnamon not sugar cinnamon for your toast and it actually works for me. Bought it from sprouts). Bottom watering you plants. Yellow sticky traps. Mosquito dunks. - I have utilized all the above methods, but bottom watering plants and letting the soil dry out as much as possible between watering is the best. Gnats are a guarantee unless you are willing to bake your soil in the oven before using (never done it, only heard about it…couldn’t imagine the stench). I also use blue light plug in bug catcher things. I’ll post a link.

@MagicalFeijoa I love happy happy houseplant death drops and also their other products. Been using them for over two years now. But me and my plants are partial. Here’s link to death drops and a little goes a LONG way.
