To me, it looks like it is either under watered or an issue with your water. I always use rain water to water my plants. Before I switched, the tips of my plants were brown and crispy like this too.

I think normal humidity is okay for your philo

Thanks! It’s a big plant so I have been using tap water (I use RO for the rest of my plants). I will switch and see if it improves.
