What’s the best way to revive this very dry plant?

How dry are we talking? If leaves/fronds have already turned brown, there's nothing you can do to save them. If it hasn't reached that point yet, thorough waterings (pouring slowly until it starts to come out the drainage holes) will eventually help it bounce back. Just be sure to let the soil dry out enough in between waterings, otherwise you'll end up with a new set of issues 😉
