Hello, i got an aloe vera plant and it has some weird spots that are super thin, i water every 13 days, when the app tells me to, and its near sunlight all day, am i over watering? Or is it getting too much sun?

ditch the app schedule! that thin paper like spot happens when it gets too much water and the cell walls rupture, only water when the soil is completely dry (stick ur finger in the first few cms) the soil also looks quite dense, if you can i’d swap it for a new cacti & succulent mix so the roots don’t suffocate and check the roots while you’re repotting, brown mushy is rot so trim those away!
