I don't have lots of experience with cacti but to me it rather looks like it is growing some kind of fruit or off-shoot after it's bloom. But I could be wrong. Maybe if you add the #cactusclique tag, you will get better answers from more qualified people.

It looks like your Cacti have already flowered and are now growing a fruit😄🥭 If you wait untill it dries out and falls off, you can try to separate the seeds and sow them, it is quite fun😊
