Citrus leaves often become misshaped if they aren’t receiving proper nutrients or are underwatered. I would make sure that it’s getting enough water. If you have a way to check the soil for nutrients like Potassium (which deficiency often causes leaf curl like this), you can see if that is the issue. I have seen others recommend giving it fertilizer to help with nutrient deficiency.
